She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Parson and Mary Christine Parson (Melton); her sister Linda Parson; her aunt Lorene Melton; and her mother-in-law Callie Chernicky.
She is survived by: her husband Jamey Chernicky; her daughters, Tara Chernicky (Troy) and Taya Parson (Dominic); and her grandchildren, Jonathan Michael Chernicky, Sebastian Abear and Liliana Abear.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Cumberland Funeral Home, Inc. (96 Clair St, Tracy City, TN 37387). A graveside service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Orange Hill Cemetery (625 Orange Hill Rd, Tracy City, TN 37387).
