He was predeceased by: his parents, Cam Meeks and Kathleen Meeks (Guthrie); his son-in-law Shawn Campbell; and his siblings, Delbert Meeks, Rachel Parsons, Betty Adcock, Ruth Endsley and Christine Rudd.
He is survived by: his wife Blanche Meeks; his children, Jeffrey Meeks (Sheri), Keith Butner (Becky), Russell Meeks (Jennie), Stacey Campbell and Kristy Price (Jason); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Joshua, Kathy, Kayla, Derek, Paige, Jason, Lagatha, Summit, Noble, Brave and Liberty. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
