She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Held; her son-in-law Bob Held of Marietta; her son Keith McCeney; her daughter-in-law Janese McCeney of Franklin; and her grandchildren, Elliott McCeney, Christopher Held (Hannah), Caleb McCeney and Callie McCeney.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that friends consider making a donation to the Grundy County Historical Society, one of Betty's favorite of her many projects.
