He is survived by: his wife Patricia Breazeale; his sons, Joe Breazeale, Robby Breazeale (Amy) and Shawn Breazeale (Heather); his grandchildren, Joseph, Wyatt, Waylynn, Jamar, Jacob, Hannah, Chesney, Bethany, Ty Breazeale, Kaitlyn, Shelby and Dakota Lincoln; his great grandchild Espen Paisley Breazeale; and his siblings, Bryan Breazeale, Roger Breazeale (Tootsie) and Sandy Butler (Darrell). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
