She was predeceased by: her parents, Avery Lail and Lillie Lail; her brother Ralph Lail; and her nephew Caleb John Hurst. She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Frye; her son-in-law Mike Shields; and her siblings, Tommy Lail (Linda) of Virginia, Sammy Lail (Betty) of Arkansas and Linda Hurst Lail. She is also survived by four nephews: several great nieces; one great nephew; many loving cousins.
