He is survived by: his son Gary Leon Sparks; his parents, Asa Sparks and Amy Sparks; his sister Lennis Walvoort; his brother-in-law George Walvoort; his brother Luke Sparks; his brother-in-law Rex Andes; his wife Johnnie Bryant Sparks; his daughters, Wanda Roberts (Steve), Phyllis Hill (Eddie), Kathy Burns (Joe) and Judy Kilby (Delbert); his daughter-in-law Sandy Sparks; his son David Sparks (Tammy); and his siblings, Lenore Andes, Lucille Britton (Bob), Laverne McCarter (Bennie), Linda Denton (Mike), Lois Kaye Russell (Charles), Leslie Sparks (Annie Sue), Leland Sparks (Edna), Larry Sparks (Katie) and Lamon Sparks (Gail). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 30 great grand children and host of nieces and nephews.
