She is survived by: her grandparents, Lillian Klein and Terry Powell (Barilone) of Gainesville; her siblings, Nancy Teagle (Barilone) of Edmund and Charles Barilone of Maryville Tennessee; her children, Jennifer Prewitt (Phelps) of Lafayette, Lisa Klein (Phelps) of Brookston and Kevin Phelps of Elkhart; her niece Amie England (Barilone) of Maryville; her nephew Thomas Breeden of Townsend; and her grandchildren, Mikayla Prewitt, Madeline Klein, John Prewitt IV, Katherine Klein, Lucinda Klein, Jaycie Garcia, Haley Phelps and Carson Phelps. She is also survived by her family and friends.
