He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph Rhoades and Dorothy Ann Hurst Rhoades. He is survived by: his sister Penny Simmons; his aunt Sue Hurst; and his nephew Dustin Simmons of Tiptonville.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dyersburg Funeral Home Tiptonville Chapel (405 Church St, Tiptonville, TN 38079). A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
