He was predeceased by: his parents, Glendel Scott Page and Hazel Pauline Rudicil Adcock. He is survived by: his wife Dawana Moore Page of Tiptonville, TN; his son Jonathan Scott Page (Jessica) of Texas; his sisters, Jackie Jordan (Jay) of Wynnburg, TN and Cindy Kemp (Tony) of Jackson, TN; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Brooke Page and James Scott Page. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
