It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Jean Pierce of Tiptonville, Tennessee, who passed away on March 15, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank McBride and Dortha McBride; her sister Ruth Ann Baker; her husband Ernie Pierce, Jr. (Skipper); and her son Ernie Lucas Pierce III.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Duaime (Andrew) of Huntsville, AL, Karen Carruth (Patrick) of Charleston, AR, Sharon Morehead (Andy) of Ridgely, TN and David Pierce of Tiptonville, TN; her daughter-in-law Teresa Pierce of Lenior City, TN; her grandchildren, Maggie Pierce, Deanna Beasley, Ann Lillian Pierce, Eric Harned, Carrie Ruth Hulme, Collin Hulme, Meredith McCoy, Jacob Callens and Montana Morehead; and her great grandchild Bracey Moore.
