She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Hayes and Janice Crouch Hayes; and her sister Gail Easterwood. She is survived by: her husband Terry Petty of Tiptonville, TN; her daughters, Tandi Petty Story (Greg) of Tiptonville, TN and Shannon Petty Morgan (Mark) of Germantown, TN; her brother Floyd Hayes, Jr. of Katy, TX; and her grandchildren, Julia Denton and Zachary Morgan.
