Robert touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kelley and Frances Kelley. He is survived by: his daughter Selena Hutcheson of Tiptonville; his siblings, Buford Kelley, Richard Kelley, Bonnie Jones, Lois Birdwell, Martha Dial, Verla Stairs, Judy Faulkner, Charlene Bargery and Teresa Walton; and his grandchildren, Courtney, Ava Hutcheson and Christina Faith Striffe. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dyersburg Funeral Home Tiptonville Chapel (405 Church St, Tiptonville, TN 38079). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
