It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Earl Fortner of Tiptonville, Tennessee, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on April 22, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Fortner; and his siblings, Janet Fortner, James Fortner and Elvis Fortner. He is survived by: his wife Sue Fortner of Tiptonville, TN; his sons, Sean Fortner (Tina) of Omaha, NE, Jeremiah Fortner of Omaha, NE and Robert Fortner (Tabitha) of Tiptonville, TN; his siblings, Charles Fortner of Dyersburg, TN and Frances Clark of Dyersburg, TN; and his granddaughter Destiny Gourley. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
