She is survived by: her children, Angela Milburn of Lockport, IL and James Williams of Tiptonville, TN; her siblings, Wanda Sue Hayes of Tiptonville, TN, Patricia Lamb of Ridgely, TN, Connie Perkins of Dyersburg, TN, Cindy Fisher of Dyersburg, TN, Ronnie Perkins of Fulton, KY and Joe Perkins of Springfield, TN; and her grandchildren, Amber Williams, Dusty Williams, Shawn Milburn and Shane Milburn.
