She was predeceased by: her parents, Woody Cook and Mary Lou Wallace Cook; her husband Jerry Don Yates; and her brother Woody Cook. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Wade Yates (Michelle) of Tiptonville, TN, Jimmy Yates of Tiptonville, TN and Reid Yates (Elizabeth) of Tiptonville, TN. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
