He was predeceased by: his parents, Barnie Watts and Carrie Lou Watts; and his former wife Dianne. He is survived by: his wife Madie Farley; his daughter Sonya Covington (Russell) of Tiptonville; his stepsons, Mark Farley (Marsha) of Gleason, Chris Farley (Darla) of Trenton and Randy Farley (Kim) of Atwood; his siblings, Jimmy Watts (Lexie) and Lou Cunningham (Ed) of Kansas City; and his grandchildren, John Russell and Ryan Covington of Tiptonville.
The family request that friends gather at the cemetery for services and that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
