He was predeceased by: his parents, Roce Hatley and Jessie Thomas Hatley; and his brother Richard Hatley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Jo Hatley of Tiptonville, TN; his daughter Emily Ross of Union City, TN; his siblings, Robert Wayne Hatley of Tiptonville, TN, Teddy Hatley of Hornbeak, TN and Linda Lou Hatley Cooper of Tiptonville, TN; and his grandson Logan Ross.
