He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bargery Gant of Tiptonville, TN; his daughter Sharon Pickens (Marty) of Adamsville, TN; his stepchildren, Karen Miller of Adams, TN and Johnny Miller (Tracy) of Murfreesboro, TN; his siblings, Doug Gant (Brenda) of Ridgely, TN, Rachel Bargery of Newbern, TN and Jeanette Turner of Ridgely, TN; his grandchildren, Michael Pitts (Emma) of Savannah, TN, Chelsea Prater (Nick) of Gorham, NH and Shelbie Pickens of Chattanooga, TN; his great grandchildren, Henry Scott Prater, Lyla Jewel Pitts and Charles "Charlie" Michael Pitts III; and his stepgrandchildren, Adam Brooks, Justin Miller and Ryan Miller (Kayla).
