He is survived by: his children, Jason Tolley (Crystal) and Kayla Howard (Brad); his grandchildren, Amber Cardwell (Zack), Lexie Tolley, Hailey Burrus, Jessica Burrus and Jacob Burrus; and his great grandchildren, Hudson Cardwell and Hendrix Cardwell. He is also survived by one great-grandchild on the way; three step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren.
