He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Jones and Margaret Glass Jones; and his siblings, Frances Minton, Joe Jones, Carl Jones, Richard Jones and Jimmy Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Judie Jones of Tiptonville, TN; his children, Mike Jones of Obion, TN, Jake Carrothers (Paula) of Kenedy, TX and Leah Lindsey (Gene) of Orange, TX; his brother Paul David Jones of Tiptonville, TN; his siblings-in-law, Johnny Dean (Lori) of Tiptonville, TN and Debbie Jones of Newbern, TN; and his pet Izzy. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
