He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cooper and Sallie Payne Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Scott Cooper (Vickie) of Jackson, TN, Shawna Cooper Shell of Martin, TN and Annette Cooper Gooch of Tiptonville, TN; his grandchildren, Cana Cooper, Hallie Cooper, Jase Cooper, Ashleigh Gardner (Chris), Nick Shell, Jesse Shell, Hayden Gooch and Garrett Gooch; his great grandchildren, Maci Gardner, Maddy Jo Gardner, Cooper Gardner, Stratton Shell and Hendrix Rogers; his close friend Debbie Scott; and also, Greg Bishop and Serenity Bishop.
