He is survived by: his parents, Robert Mattingly and Mary Mitchell; his children, Robert Cummins, Anthony Craft, Heather Jones and Angela Cummins; and his sisters, Pamela Potts, Linda Wall and Sandra Gerke. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
