We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Charles Chadwick of Tiptonville, Tennessee, born in Ridgely, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Chadwick and Mary Alice Lyons Chadwick. He is survived by: his wife Cassandra Black Chadwick of Tiptonville; his children, Jacob Chadwick of Tiptonville, Shelley Chadwick of Tiptonville and Mary Whitney Ayers (David) of Tiptonville; his siblings, Jerry Chadwick of Tiptonville, Tim Chadwick of St. Louis, MO and Marsha Mitchell (Mitch) of Rossville, TN; and his grandchildren, Rhiannon Chadwick, Jake Chadwick, Cohen Ayers and Darby Ayers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to Tiptonville First United Methodist Church - 536 Church Street Tiptonville, TN 38079.
