He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Sue Glass and Robert Willie Anderson (Doc); his spouse Anita Roby Anderson; and his brother Gene Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Anderson (Pat) of Bishop, GA and Terry Sykes of Germantown; his grandchildren, Chris Anderson (Sarah) of Marietta, GA, Tyler Anderson of Japan, Elizabeth Webster (Travis) of Germantown, TN and John Sykes (Hannah) of Rosemark, TN; his great grandchildren, Hudson, Ford Webster, Peyton, Logan Sykes and Easton Anderson; and his brother Ed Anderson (Christie) of Atlanta.

The family asks that any memorials be made to Covington First United Methodist Church or to Garland United Methodist Church.
