He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Daniel Stephenson; and his sister Sue Creviston. He is survived by: his mother Dixie Chalmers; his siblings, Ginny Benedict (Cart), Michelle Ferguson (Brent), John Stephenson and Michael Coffel (Nancy); his wife Donna Stephenson; and his stepchildren, Devona Caplener and Michael Caplener. He is also survived by 8 nieces, 4 nephews, 4 grandchildren and many friends.
