She was predeceased by: her parents, John Atkins and Ida Harville Atkins; her siblings, Martha Collins Russell, James Collins (Jimmy), Macy and Tandy Atkins; her former husband Roy Scearce; and her husband Kenneth Boyd Jackson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Alexandra and Joshua; her stepsons, Kenneth "Davis" Jackson and Kenny (Linda); and her sisters, Sally Ellison and Shirley Trent. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews; along with extended family and friends.
