It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauline Verdia Gibson Mallicoat (Thorn Hill, Tennessee), who passed away on January 17, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Gibson and Lucy Gibson; her children, David Mallicoat and Dianna Mallicoat; her brothers, Otis Gibson (Juanita) and Hollis Gibson; her daughter-in-law Linda Mallicoat; and her brother-in-law Ike Harvey.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Ford Mallicoat; her son Danny Mallicoat of New Tazewell; her grandchildren, Todd Mallicoat (Tandy), Tony Mallicoat (Mary), Terri West (Greg), JoAnna Burke (Mitch), Randy Roberts (Melissa), Rebecca Stansberry (Tony) and Amanda Garland (Doug); her great grandchildren, Taylor Mallicoat, Molly Mallicoat, Maggie Mallicoat, Morgan Gazay (Brett), Kassidy West, Maycee West, Drew Dixon, Brock Dixon, Ruger West, Lily Burke, Noah Burke, Millie Roberts, Marlee Roberts, Samuel Poisal, Jacob Stansberry, Kristen Stansberry and Madison Garland; her great great grandchildren, Kambel Gazay, Kannon Gazay and Karver Gazay; her sisters, Lorine Harvey and Maggaline Brooks (Leroy); her daughter-in-law Mary Lou Mallicoat; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Gibson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
