He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Luther Hipshire, Henderson, Ethel Atkins, Sam and Louhanna Scearce; and his brother Johnny Scearce.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Scearce; his children, Makale Jones (Derek), Katie Scearce and BreAnna Scearce; his stepchildren, Jessica Dalton (Jeremy) and Logan Bailey (Courtney); his grandchildren, Shaelynn, Bryliee, Ember, Rowan, Brooklyn, Isabella, Waylon and Briella; his parents, John Scearce and Lennis Scearce; his brother Sam Scearce (Heather); and his nieces and nephews, Chelsey, Jacklyn, Dylan Scearce and Jeffery Harvey (Samantha).
