He was predeceased by: his son Lynn Jarnigan; his granddaughter Carsitta Rucker; his parents, William Jarnigan and Ina Jarnigan; and his siblings, Fred, Hugh, Earl, William "June" Jarnigan, Jessie Boitnett, Fern Jarnigan and Imogene Wilder.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jarnigan; his children, Lank Jarnigan, Linda Kirkham (Rick), Brenda Dalton (Robert) and Lamanda McCoy (Chris); and his grandchildren, Lance Jarnigan (Allyson), Wendy Atkins (Corey), Kelly Rucker, Matthew Dalton, Kevin Dalton (Brittany), Natalie Caudill and Harlee Caudill. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; and a host of relatives and friends.
