He is survived by: his wife Bertha Garrett Wynn; his children, Jeff Wynn of Thorn Hill, TN, Lisa Bledsoe (Keith) of Stickleyville, VA, Sherry Deaton (Corbett) of Dryden, VA and Sheila Lawson of Pennington Gap, VA.; his grandchildren, Joshua Wynn, Jordan Bledsoe, Sarah Bledsoe Asbury, Caleb Bledsoe, Justin Lawson, Jamie Lawson, Jesse Deaton, Erica Deaton Player, Melanie Deaton Bowen and Bethany Deaton; his brothers, Burl Wynn (Wanda) of Maynardville, TN, Wesley Wynn (Bonnie) of Maynardville, TN, Norma Middleton (Smith) of Maynardville, TN, Amy Thompson (Eddie) of Maynardville, TN, Carrie Wynn of Maynardville, TN and Emily Garrett of Pennington Gap, VA; and his friend Tammy Wynn.
