She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clay and Della Leonard; and her siblings, Kyle, Jep, Austin, Ruby Hazel and Blanch Edith (Glen Jarnagin).

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Johns, Austin Leonard (Sherri), Dwight Leonard, William Leonard, June Leonard (Joy), Roger Turnmire (Joyce), Gary Turnmire (Lois), Jerry Wolfe (Reva), Joan Holley and Terry Harville (Pam).
