We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2021, at the age of 89, Glen Edward Hammett of Thompsons Station, Tennessee, born in Forest, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Ellen Decker Hammett; his parents, Ernest William Hammett and Tyna Ethel Parker Hammett; and his siblings, Ernestine Hammett Howell, Troy Lavelle Hammett, Earl Lee Hammett and Winford Byrum Hammett.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra R. "Debbie" McBride (Robert) of Murfreesboro, TN and Karen L. Nugent (Don) of Thompsons Station, TN; his grandchildren, Jennifer Harbor, Kayla McBride Martinez, Brandi Nugent Thomisee, Ryan Nugent and Lynnsey Nugent Creamer; his great grandchildren, Annalyn Page, Ira Page, Trace Martinez, Karina Martinez, Ashley Jenkins Hunt, Brooke DeBoit, Jarrett Thomisee, Hadley Creamer, Everly Creamer, Luke Nugent and Lynnli Nugent; and his great great grandchildren, Tori Hunt and Amelia Hunt.
