She was predeceased by: her mother Leona Philips Key of Washington; her husband Hoyce Bailey; and her granddaughter Amy Trammel. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Moses and Kathy Trammel (Harold); and her grandchildren, Christiana Liddle (Bart), James Moses (Jessica) and Carlin Trammel (Janay). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Alive Hospice.
