He is survived by: his wife Olivia Holder Wales of Thompsons Station, TN; his children, Jason Wales of Thompsons Station, TN and Katie Green (Clint) of Columbia, TN; his mother Nancy Ballard of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Tristan Wales, Kayla Wales, Anna Green and Ella Green; his siblings, Steve Wales (Kathy) of Franklin, TN and Kelley Dunlevy (Dan) of Louisville, KY; and his mother-in-law Brownie Holder of Spring Hill, TN.
