He is survived by: his wife Melinda Moore of Thompson Station, TN; his children, Jasmine Moore of Murfreesboro and Jarrod Moore of Thompson's Station, TN; his mother Betty Jane Moore Wiegand (Charles); his brother Benjamin Moore of College Grove, TN; and his brother-in-law Gregory Williams (Sabrina NiChelle).
