She is survived by: her sons, Mark Simmons (Laura), Mike Simmons (Shelley) and Matt Simmons (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Meagen Green (Larry), Kelsey Cassidy (Patrick), Casey Simmons, Joseph Simmons and Hannah Simmons; and her sister Lynda Zuckero (Mike). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
