He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Alvarez and Maria Luisa Martinez. He is survived by: his wife Juvencia Hernandez Alvarez; his children, Alfredo Alvarez, Jr., Cesar Alvarez (Mary), Erendira Alvarez Salcedo (Juan Carlos), Mayeli Alvarez Curiel (Alonso) and Stephanie Alvarez Tienda (Cristhian); and his grandchildren, Omar Alfredo, Izek, Axel, Sofia Dayanara, Valeria, Cesar Jr., Omar Alexis, Catherine, Sergio Alexander, Paula Samantha, Daniella and Alonso. He is also survived by thirteen brothers and sisters.
