He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harper and Lula Bell Harper. He is survived by: his children, Timmy Harper, Roger Harper, Debra Harper and Teresa Deloach; and his siblings, Vann Harper, Gladys Bryant, Estelle Ray, Carolyn Massie and Annie Redden. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and fifteen great -grandchildren.
