He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Carter (Red) and Betty Tuberville Carter; and his sisters, Margaret Bennett and Sandra Carter. He is survived by: his daughters, Brandi Howell and Mollie Carter; and his sisters, Joyce Hooper, Betty Lewis, Hallie Hargrove, Faye Bryant and Debra Paypner.
In Lou of flowers family has requested donations be made to help pay for his funeral.
