He is survived by: his wife Betty Burner; his children, Paul Burner (Jennifer) and Amy Johnson; his stepchildren, Shanna Rye (Gary), Kristy Bell, Brandie Bowers (Brian) and Randy Hollis (Cheryl); and his sister Kathy Ives. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 12-step grandchildren, and 8 step-great-grandchildren.
