He is survived by: his sons, Allen Ray Johnson "Slab" (Machell) and Jeffery Dale "Chunk" Johnson (Stacey); his grandchildren, Ashton Boyd, Caden Johnson, Jordan Johnson and Addison Johnson; and his great grandchild Belle Boyd.
