He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marion Weaver and Phillip Weaver; his wife Frances Weaver; his children, Derek Weaver (April) and Ricki Rene Human (Kevin); his grandchildren, Chelsie Long (Jacob), Kayla Tucker (Garrett), Carlie Sherlin, Savanna Weaver and Bryson Human; his great grandchild James Long; his nephew Phillip Skitt (Mary Beth); his great-nieces, Stephanie and Cassie; his great-nephew Phillip Jr.; his sisters, Phyllis Butler and Jackie Cordle; and also Marion Weaver. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
