She is survived by: her husband Dr. Frank Burns; her father Stuart VanNosdeln (Cindy VanNosdeln) of Connellsville, PA; her brother Stuart VanNosdeln (Cathy); her children, Megan Kalmanek Clinard and Mark Kalmanek; and her stepchildren, Tammi Mayberry (Eston), Francis Patrick Burns (Allisa), Stefanie Gonzalez (Abel) and Travis Burns (Sarabeth). She is also survived by seven children.
