She is survived by: her husband Paul Lester Pilkey; her sons, Paul Dwayne Pilkey (Carol) of Ten Mile and Michael Pilkey (Jan) of Madisonville; her grandchildren, Crystal Harris (Matt), Rachel Pilkey, Karissa Pilkey, Charity Pilkey, Samantha Santos (Jonathan), Michael Pilkey (Tiffany) and Amanda Allen; her brothers, Calvin Cook Jr. of Ten Mile, James Cook (Brenda) of Athens and Donnie Cook (Deborah) of Athens; and her sister-in-law Diane Cook of Athens.
