She is survived by: her husband Michael Dinehart; her mother Cordina Spangler; her children, Jamie Cantrell and David Langston; her grandchildren, Whitney Nelson and Ashley Nelson; her great grandchild Sawyer Johnson; and her siblings, Mike Spangler, Steve Spangler, Rodney Spangler and Rhonda England. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
