It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betsy Stephens of Ten Mile, Tennessee, born in Athens, Tennessee, who passed away on April 6, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ules Riggs and Frankie Rudd Riggs; her husband Charlie Stephens; her brothers, Clarence Riggs, Lawrence Riggs, Billy Riggs and Tommy Riggs; and her great grandchild Karsyn Gudger.

She is survived by: her children, Roxie Stephens of Madisonville, Linda Ray of Ten Mile and Charles; her daughter-in-law Kim Stephens of Harrison; her sister Elizabeth; her brother-in-law Richard Runyan of Ten Mile; her grandchildren, Frankie Stephens, Kristain Bookout, Jennifer Fowler, Kristian, Taylor Ray, McKenzie Stephens, Lace Lovanh, Diamond and Dustin Stroud; and her great grandchildren, Ashlynn Ray, Charlie Berry, Knolan Stephens, Bentley Hamby and Kayson Stroud. She is also survived by her kids, grandbabies.
