She is survived by: her husband Jeff; her mother Mable Butler; her sister Tammie; her brother-in-law Fred Melhorn; her niece Annie; her nephew John Tally Melhorn; her stepdaughter Brittany-Bryan Saffles; her grandson Raylan; and her aunt Francis Heiskell.
