He was predeceased by: his parents, Ham Bell and Carolyn "Connie" Bell; and his grandparents, Bud Bell, Laura Bell, Ervin Welch and Marjorie Welch.
He is survived by: his wife Myra Bell; his siblings, Vicky Darnell, Charles Darnell, Sam Bell, Michelle Bell, Tammy Huey and Tim Huey; his siblings-in-law, Venice "Scottie" and Danny Frye; and his nephew John Eldon Frye of Tellico Plains. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins; special friends, Steve Atkins, Ronnie Belcher, and Jim Reed and beloved dog and companion.
