He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Wilcox and Carrie Wilcox; and his siblings, Billy Jean Hedden, Lloyd Wilcox, Roy Wilcox, Frankie Wilcox, Boyd Wilcox, Dewey, Barbra Lorranie, Mary Ann Campbell and Juanita Garrett.
He is survived by: his wife Lara Mae Wilcox; his children, Renae, Jimmie Massingale, Tammy Wilcox and Bert Self; his grandchildren, Makala Martin, Jessie (Justin Pike) and Tegan (Amber Finley); his great grandchildren, Briar O'Dell, River, Phillip Rymer, Boone O'Dell, Brooke Pike, Summer Pike, Willow Brannon, Wyatt Brannon, Madelyn Finley and Mylah Finley; and his siblings, Eddie Wilcox, Loranza (Ray Frank) and Geneva (Robert Frank).
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Towee Falls Cemetery (1336 Towee Falls Rd, Tellico Plains, TN 37385).
