He is survived by: his wife Brandy Russell; his children, Jenica Payne (Dalton Payne), Kelsey Calkins (Joseph Calkins), Kaitland Powell (Bradley Powell) and Cody Miller; his mother Katherine Russell; his granddaughter Sabrina; his siblings, Jerry Russell (Stacey), James Russell and Lisa Wattenbarger (Bruce); his nieces and nephews, Ashley Armour, William Armour, Danielle McNew, Nicole McNew, Amanda Russell, Gracie Hixon and Kendall Russell; his sister-in-law Jessica Best (Tim Best); his niece Emily; his nephew Ethan Best; his aunt Linda Edmondson; his brother-in-law Hank Miller; and his parents-in-law, Mike and Debby Miller. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Biereley-Hale Funeral Home (111 Depot St, Tellico Plains, TN 37385). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Biereley-Hale Chapel (111 Depot St, Tellico Plains, TN 37385). A burial will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Simpson Cemetery.
